This milestone is a huge moment for us here at Dillons and a proud achievement within the McKeever Hotels group. It’s a recognition of the hard work, investment, and dedication our entire team has put into creating an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Since joining McKeever Hotels in 2014, we’ve undergone a major transformation. With over €4 million invested in upgrades to our public areas, bedrooms, stylish new suites, and the addition of a fitness centre, the hotel has been completely reimagined to reflect the quality and service that now defines us.
Fáilte Ireland recognised these efforts, along with our strong product offering and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience, in upgrading our rating from three to four stars. We’re now proud to say that we are the only four-star hotel on Letterkenny’s main street—a milestone that truly sets us apart.
To celebrate, we recently hosted a launch event right here at the hotel, welcoming valued stakeholders, industry partners, and members of the media for a special evening to mark the occasion and preview our newest upgrades.
